Convenient Location and Clean Rooms

I found the location excellent, close to the central station. The staff was helpful and efficient from reception to the breakfast staff. The breakfast had a wide variety of selections (especially the baked goods). The dining room felt spacious.
We asked for separate beds, but they were not actually separated. If you wanted them separated, you had to do it yourself, which left a small gap. This was difficult because we kept hitting the side-bed tables and lamps.

The room was big and comfortable (I liked the comfortable bed). It was well kept and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day of travel or meetings. All the necessary amenities were available.

The location is perfect for travelers arriving by train as the hotel is right next to the central station. The convenience extended to shopping and other business travel needs, with easy access to various destinations. This location made getting around very easy.

The hotel was really quiet. This suited us great. The proximity to the DB Central Railway Station was very ideal. We planned train trips and there were some nice food places right inside the station. How handy!
Our room felt too hot, I found no way to make it cooler. The pillows were not good. The room felt quite cramped. The layout just wasn't great, though.

the breakfast buffet was great (especially the fresh pastries!). the location is very central, close to the main station. the staff was friendly. my room had a fully opening window, something i always appreciate.
the towels were a bit thin, not what i expected from this hotel.

the room was a good size. the shower had powerful water pressure (i always appreciate that). the staff seemed quite attentive and helpful .
the rooms felt a bit modern, though i found the setup somewhat uncomfortable. there wasn't quite enough space between the bed and the window for easy access to the bed. also, my room had a rather uninspiring view of the parking garage.
